Purchases
When an order is placed with us, we send you an email detailing the items
purchased and the total price. Paypal will send you a separate email
confirming that you have made a payment.
Delivery
AnaSonde orders of 10 or fewer pieces typically ship within
1 business day. For larger orders and SmartTether orders, processing
times may vary. Please contact us for delivery estimates on a particular order.
Shipping & Associated Risks During Transport
When products are shipped to you by common carrier, Anasphere's
liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products will
be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's
terms and conditions of carriage.
Disclaimer
The assembly of electronic kits is an activity that has been safely
enjoyed by countless children, parents, and educators for many years.
However, as a result of the recently implemented Consumer Product Safety
Improvement Act of 2008, Anasphere hereby makes it known that the
AnaSondes and the AnaSonde kits, including those currently sold through
our online store, are not intended for use by children 12 years of age or
younger. New versions of these kits and devices are being developed which
will be intended for use by this age group.
To help existing kit users comply with the
provisions of this act, Anasphere recommends that all existing kits only
be assembled using lead-free solders.
