Anasphere builds, sells, and operates an amazingly wide variety of atmospheric and meteorological research systems. Starting at the surface, systems include rugged full-feature weather stations as well as simple meteorological sensors derived from the AnaSonde radiosondes. Moving up into the boundary layer, the patent-pending SmartTetherTM system gives users a revolutionary means of gathering profiles of meteorological parameters - including wind speed, direction, and custom user-added measurements - at a nearly unlimited number of points up to several thousand feet. The AnaSonde series of radiosondes comes next, providing a low-cost means of gathering atmospheric profiles up to 35,000 feet on 3-foot party balloons, or up to 100,000 feet on standard sounding balloons. Finally, Anasphere is developing remotely operated dropsonde launchers that operate from large high-altitude balloons in the near-space environment.
All of Anasphere's meteorological systems provide easy-to-use inputs for user-added sensors - including access to regulated power from the device. Specialized software is also provided to allow users to easily visualize and process the sensor data.
